Submit Expense Reimbursement

Eligible expenses are expenses that have been preapproved by Latitude Medical Evaluators before being submitted for reimbursement. These may include items such as QME testing fees and preapproved continuing education course fees. Any expense that has not been approved in advance may not be eligible for reimbursement.
