Latitude Medical Evaluators supports physicians and referral sources across a range of medical-legal services within and beyond the California workers’ compensation system. The work is organized, deliberate, and built around producing clear, defensible medical opinions.

We manage the administrative demands of QME work so physicians can stay focused on the evaluation. Panel tracking, scheduling, record intake, and form preparation are handled in a structured and precise way. We coordinate QME evaluations throughout California. Our physicians conduct independent examinations and prepare reports addressing diagnosis, industrial causation, permanent and stationary status, apportionment, whole person impairment, and work restrictions. The reports are direct and responsive to the referral issues, with reasoning that is clearly explained.
