Adam Z. Chester, PsyD, QME

Dr. Chester is a Los Angeles-based clinical neuropsychologist with advanced training in comprehensive neuropsychological assessment across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. He earned his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an APA-accredited institution, and completed an APA-accredited clinical neuropsychology internship at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Neuroscience Institute. He subsequently completed a two-year pediatric neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship at Loma Linda University Health. His additional training includes appointments at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, UCLA Longevity Center, UCLA Child OCD, Anxiety, and Tic Disorders Program, and the Acquired Brain Injury Program.

Dr. Chester has extensive experience evaluating complex cases involving neurodevelopmental disorders, learning differences, psychiatric conditions, neurological injuries, neurocognitive disorders, and medically complex presentations. He has worked within private practices, hospitals, and large integrated medical systems, collaborating with professionals in psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery, rehabilitation, and primary care. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Chester has supervised psychologists and trainees, contributed to interdisciplinary consultation and program development, and served on the instructional team at Harvard Extension School. He is also an invited speaker, consultant, and media contributor on topics involving pediatric and adult neuropsychology, brain injury, decision-making capacity, and systems-level healthcare.
