Brittany Booth, MD
Dr. Brittany Booth, MD, is a board-certified, UCLA-trained adult psychiatrist specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health. Her clinical expertise includes the evaluation and treatment of psychiatric conditions that arise or worsen during major reproductive transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and other stages of women’s mental health care.
Dr. Booth earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She completed her psychiatry residency at UCLA, where she served as Chief Resident of the inpatient units and Chief Resident of the Women’s Life Center, a nationally recognized program focused on reproductive psychiatry.
In addition to her private practice, Dr. Booth serves as the Associate Director of the UCLA Women’s Life Center and provides care through UCLA’s Maternal Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program. This specialized program supports pregnant and postpartum individuals experiencing more severe mental health concerns through structured, comprehensive treatment. Her background in academic psychiatry, inpatient care, and reproductive mental health allows her to provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to each patient’s individual circumstances.
